## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our team continues to meet our high operational standards, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* For Estate Manager & HPT Assistant: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agrotechnology, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* For Plantation Section Head: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Financial Management, or Plantation Administration.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the applied position is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in managing land development (land clearing) areas.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be stationed in our operational areas within the OKI or Banyuasin regencies of South Sumatra.
