## About the SPS Corporate Management Trainee (MT) Program
The Management Trainee program is meticulously designed to cultivate the next generation of organizational leaders. This comprehensive initiative bridges the gap between academic theory and real-world executive decision-making. Over the course of a structured 3 to 5-year development path, participants receive intensive training and mentorship, preparing them to transition seamlessly into pivotal management roles within our group of companies.
## Available Specialization Tracks
We are seeking high-potential graduates to join our team in the following departments:
* MT Production/Maintenance/PPIC: Open to candidates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 holding degrees in Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* MT HRD: Open to candidates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 holding degrees in Psychology or Law.
* MT Accounting: Open to candidates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 holding degrees in Accounting or Accounting Taxation.
## General Qualifications for Aspiring Leaders

* Fresh Graduates: Must be no older than 25 years.
