## Role Overview
Successful candidates will provide strategic leadership to the KNKT. The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson are responsible for the overall execution of the committee's functions, while the Sub-Committee Heads are tasked with leading, organizing, controlling, and overseeing critical safety investigations within their specific transportation sectors.
## Essential Requirements for Applicants
All applicants must meet the following general criteria:
* Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Physically and mentally fit.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation fields (railway, maritime, aviation, or road traffic).
* Demonstrated leadership and organizational management experience.
* Maximum age of 60 years at the time of registration.
* Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV.
* Maintain high integrity, with no criminal history or drug associations.
* Not an active member of any political party.
* Must be willing to relinquish concurrent professional roles (such as civil service, military, police, or private sector business interests) within one month of appointment.
