# Career Opportunity: Expert Staff Recruitment for the National Social Security Council (DJSN) 2025
The National Social Security Council (DJSN) plays a pivotal role in assisting the President with the formulation of national policies and the synchronization of the national social security system. To strengthen our institutional capacity, the DJSN Secretariat is officially inviting highly qualified professionals to apply for the position of Expert Staff for the 2025 fiscal year.
## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking to recruit 9 individuals to serve in this capacity from February through December 2025. Successful candidates will work closely with the Chairperson and members of the DJSN to ensure the effective implementation of our mandate.
* Providing direct assistance to the DJSN leadership during assigned activities.
* Conducting in-depth policy analysis related to the council's functions.
* Preparing high-quality presentation materials for executive briefings.
* Drafting comprehensive meeting summaries and documentation.
* Monitoring strategic developments and issues impacting national social security performance.
* Offering actionable insights and professional recommendations to the leadership.
* Supporting the logistics and execution of workshops and seminars.
* Submitting regular, detailed reports on work progress to the Secretariat’s Procurement Officer.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following stringent requirements:
* Residency: Must be willing to reside in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek).
* Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably in social security research or related fields.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an accredited "A" institution in Law, Finance, Accounting, Development Economics, Health Economics, Social Welfare, Public Policy, Public Health, Sociology, Statistics, or Communication Science.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced data processing and Microsoft Excel, as well as general competence in MS Office and teleconferencing platforms.
* Professional Attributes: Exceptional analytical skills, high dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Flexibility: Availability for full-time office work and readiness for travel to various regions across Indonesia as required.
Mandatory Submission
Applicants must submit a scholarly paper titled "Social Security Toward Indonesia Emas 2045." The paper must be a maximum of 3 pages, written in Arial font (size 11, 1.5 spacing), saved in PDF format (max 1 MB), and named according to the format: Name_PaperTitle.
