## General Requirements for Applicants

The recruitment process utilizes a rigorous, three-stage elimination system:

1. Nurse (Perawat)
* Core Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care in the Hemodialysis Unit based on established nursing care plans, operating under the clinical direction of the Head of the Hemodialysis Unit and the Nursing Manager.
* Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a professional Nurse certification (Ners), active STR, and willingness to work in shifts.
2. Pharmacist (Apoteker)
* Core Responsibilities: Manage pharmaceutical supply planning, procurement, storage, compounding, and distribution. Provide patient drug information, manage pharmaceutical quality services, and participate in drug use evaluation.
* Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a professional Pharmacist certification, active STR, minimum one year of hospital experience, and shift availability.
3. Pharmacy Assistant (Asistensi Apoteker)
* Core Responsibilities: Assist pharmacists in pharmaceutical services, including preparing, compounding, labeling, and distributing medications, alongside managing medical logistics.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy, active STR, prior hospital or pharmacy experience preferred, and shift availability.

11. Mechanical and Electrical Technician
* Core Responsibilities: Execute building maintenance, mechanical, and electrical operations effectively and transparently, reporting outcomes directly to the Assistant Manager of Building Mechanical and Electrical systems.
* Qualifications: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Civil Engineering, equipment certification, minimum one year of technical hospital experience, teamwork abilities, and shift availability.
12. Healthcare Assistant
* Core Responsibilities: Prepare patient care rooms, assist with patient mobility, manage medical tools, support personal hygiene needs, transport patients, handle specimens, and maintain ward inventory.
