## General Eligibility Requirements
Before applying, ensure you meet the following baseline criteria established by the Ministry of Health:
* Legal Standing: No prior criminal records or history of imprisonment.
* Employment Status: Must not currently be a Candidate for Civil Servant (CPNS), a Civil Servant (PNS), or under contract with another institution.
* Education: Not currently enrolled in any academic program.
* Health & Conduct: Female applicants must not be pregnant. Candidates must not have been honorably or dishonorably discharged from the military (TNI/POLRI) or private sector employment.
* Academic Credentials: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required (2.8 for Electromedical Technicians) from a university program with at least a 'B' accreditation. Foreign degrees must be validated by the Ministry of Education with a converted 4.0 scale GPA.
* Licensure & Commitment: Possession of an active STR (Registration Certificate) is mandatory. Candidates must be available to commence work on July 3, 2024, and agree to a contract term ending December 2024 without expectations of permanent tenure.
## Available Positions and Professional Qualifications
Dharmais Cancer Hospital is recruiting for a wide range of specialized roles:
Clinical and Medical Staff
1. General Practitioner: Must hold ATLS and ACLS certifications.
2. Pharmacist & Pharmacy Technician (TTK): Relevant degree with active STR.
3. Anesthesia Nurse: D-IV in Anesthesiology with ACLS certification.
4. Nursing Staff: Must hold a Ners degree and BCLS/BHD/Cancer Care certifications. Surgical ward experience is a significant advantage.
5. Specialized Health Roles: Positions include Dental Therapists, Midwives, Nutritionists, Health Laboratory Technicians, Radiographers, Sanitarians, and Occupational Health Advisors.
Technical, IT, and Support Roles
* IT Infrastructure: We are seeking skilled Programmers (proficient in PHP, CodeIgniter, SQL, and JavaScript), IT Support (hardware/network troubleshooting and Linux/Ubuntu proficiency), and Network Administrators (specialized in database management and Cisco/Mikrotik configurations).
* Specialized Technical Staff: Openings for Electromedical Technicians, Blood Transfusion Technicians, and Medical Physicists (including Level 8 Residency specialized roles).
* Creative: Graphic Designers with at least two years of experience and proficiency in design software.
