## Core Responsibilities of the Role
As a member of the Central Information Commission, successful candidates will be tasked with critical duties that uphold the mandate of public information disclosure, including:
* Dispute Resolution: Establishing procedures for resolving public information disputes through both mediation and non-litigation adjudication.
* Adjudication Oversight: Receiving, reviewing, and rendering decisions on public information disputes in regions where local Information Commissions have not yet been established.
* Reporting: Submitting annual or ad-hoc reports regarding the implementation of the Law on Public Information Transparency to the President of the Republic of Indonesia and the House of Representatives (DPR).
## General Eligibility Criteria

* Must be a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia.
* Possess good physical and mental health.

* Be at least 35 years of age.

Applicants currently serving as civil servants must also provide:
Evidence of holding a rank of at least Pembina* (IV/a) and experience in an administrative or expert functional position.
* Consistent performance ratings of "Good" for the previous two years.
* Written approval from their immediate supervisor, including the official department stamp.
* Proof of compliance with the latest LHKPN/LHKASN and tax return (SPT) filing requirements.
