Key Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating reach trucks.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skill level in reach truck operations is strictly required.
* Certification: Candidates must possess a valid, active SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
* Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work in a rotating shift system.
