Our facility spans a 7,000-square-meter plot, featuring a modern 3,550-square-meter production floor designed to meet the rigorous demands of global manufacturing standards. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineering professional to join our dynamic team.
## The Role: Production Engineering
The Production Engineer plays a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing workflows, ensuring that our output meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between machine maintenance and daily production goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed production and machine maintenance schedules to ensure optimal uptime.
* Performance Monitoring: Oversee daily production processes, evaluating them against set targets and KPIs.
* Efficiency Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of productivity and propose actionable programs to enhance process performance.
* Standardization: Create, review, and update Work Instructions (WI) and production process parameters.
* Troubleshooting: Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve production bottlenecks and implement effective corrective actions.
* Reporting: Generate performance reports accompanied by strategic recommendations for operational improvement.
* Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing activities strictly adhere to company SOPs, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth production runs and proactive machine maintenance.
## Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses both the technical aptitude and the analytical mindset to thrive in a high-stakes manufacturing environment.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Production Engineer within a manufacturing setting.
* Management Systems: Solid understanding of ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems.
* Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, production machinery, and foundational maintenance protocols.
* Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated experience in implementing Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or similar methodologies.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and perform root cause analysis.
* Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the ability to excel both independently and within a team.
