* HRGA Superintendent
* HRGA Administration
## Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our team maintains high operational standards, candidates are expected to meet the following professional criteria:
* Age Requirements:
* For the Superintendent position, candidates should ideally be no older than 35 years.
* For the Administration position, candidates should ideally be no older than 25 years.
* Educational Background: Applicants should hold a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in a field directly related to the position.
* Professional Experience:
* Superintendent candidates must possess at least two years of relevant experience.
* Administrative candidates are open to fresh graduates, provided they have completed a relevant internship program.
* Core Competencies: Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, high efficiency, excellent communication skills, and a steadfast commitment to company loyalty and work ethics.
* Flexibility: All applicants must be prepared for deployment to any of our operational sites located throughout Indonesia.
