As a Production Operator, you will serve as the backbone of our manufacturing floor, ensuring that every miniature vehicle meets our strict quality standards before it reaches collectors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute daily production tasks efficiently within your assigned work area, which includes the Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly departments.
* Strictly adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
* Compile and submit accurate daily production reports to your shift supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum educational background of Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
* Physically and mentally fit, supported by a healthy lifestyle.
* Free from color blindness and dust allergies to ensure precise handling of delicate parts.
* High levels of precision, agility, honesty, discipline, and workplace accountability.
