1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
This role is essential for maintaining our high service standards on-site at client facilities. The successful candidate will act as the face of our technical support team, ensuring seamless operations.
* Inventory Management: Monitor client stock levels, ensuring product availability and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory systems to prevent expiration.
* Technical Support: Perform product demonstrations, offer on-site technical troubleshooting, and conduct comprehensive training sessions on product usage according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Operational Execution: Conduct site surveys, manage equipment installations, and perform routine maintenance while ensuring clean and safe working conditions.
* Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients, provide spare parts support, and proactively collect customer feedback through formal satisfaction forms.
* Reporting: Maintain systematic documentation of daily activities and prepare detailed reports for management.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
2. IT Support Staff
We are looking for a tech-savvy professional to manage our digital infrastructure and ensure that our internal systems remain robust, secure, and efficient.
* System Maintenance: Manage the company website and internal portals while conducting regular network health checks.
* Troubleshooting: Provide rapid response support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Asset Management: Perform routine inspections and cleaning of all office computing equipment, and maintain a detailed register of IT assets for the Finance and Administration Department.
* Data Security: Oversee consistent data backups for company systems, including our accounting software (Accurate).
* Infrastructure Support: Report severe hardware malfunctions to senior management and assist with general administrative tasks as requested.
