As we scale our production capabilities, we are seeking talented, motivated individuals to join our mission. We are looking for hands-on professionals who are ready to contribute to the assembly, logistics, and quality assurance of cutting-edge electric vehicle technology.
Open Positions and Requirements
We are currently hiring for several key operational roles. Please review the specific requirements for each position below:
1. Production Operator
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1–2 years in vehicle production or a related field. Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
* Location: Must be willing to work at our Magelang plant. Local residents of Magelang and surrounding areas are prioritized.
2. Logistics Operator
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
* Skillset: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is considered a strong advantage.
* Location: Must be willing to work at our Magelang plant. Local residents are prioritized.
3. Technical Operator
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with heavy vehicle electrical systems (trucks, buses, or cars).
* Core Competencies: Ability to interpret complex vehicle electrical diagrams is required. Experience with Visio software is a plus.
* Personal Attributes: High initiative, agility, and a strong drive to learn new technologies.
4. Quality Control Operator
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience: At least 1–2 years in a vehicle quality control role. Prior experience in an automotive manufacturing facility is a significant benefit.
* Location: Must be willing to work at our Magelang plant.
