1. Forklift Operator (Locations: Batang & Cikarang)
We are seeking skilled operators to ensure the seamless flow of materials within our production environment.
* Transport products safely and efficiently across the facility.
* Supply additive materials to mixers and prepare resin and calcium supplies.
* Adhere to management directives regarding operational priorities and scheduling.
* Manage reject materials for crushing and ensure workspace cleanliness.
* Perform routine preventative maintenance on forklifts and report technical issues promptly.
* Strictly follow company policies and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Participate in 5S (5R) program implementation and work effectively within a shift system.
* Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
* At least 1 year of professional experience as a forklift operator.
* Strong understanding of forklift operational procedures.
* Physically fit and capable of working in rotating shifts.
* Possession of a valid SIO (Operator License) is a distinct advantage.
2. QC Operator (Location: Batang)
The Quality Control team is essential to our commitment to excellence. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to monitor production standards.
* Verify production output against job cards and inspection specifications.
* Conduct systematic quality checks at the beginning, middle, and end of each shift.
* Prepare comprehensive reports including QC Pass, QC Hold, and Production Transfer documentation.
* Update OEE data and QC spreadsheets daily.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
* Proficiency in using various precision measuring instruments.
* Must not be color blind.
* Computer literate with experience in MS Office.
* Thorough understanding of Quality Control principles and standard operating procedures (SOP).
3. Warehouse Operator (Location: Batang)
Join our logistics team to manage the essential supply chain components that keep our production lines running.
* Execute daily 5S activities within the warehouse.
* Monitor production schedules and prepare raw materials for weighing.
* Coordinate the timely delivery of weighed materials to the production floor.
* Manage additive requisitions and maintain accurate inventory stock counts.
* Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Prior experience in warehouse management or logistics is preferred.
* Ability to work in rotating shifts.
* Residents of Batang and surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
4. Mechanic Operator (Locations: Cikarang & Surabaya)
We require skilled mechanics to maintain our machinery and drive our continuous improvement projects.
* Design mechanical components and perform welding for production improvement projects.
* Execute regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and factory equipment.
* Maintain and organize tooling inventory.
* Document maintenance activities and uphold 5S workplace standards.
* Vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Welding.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
* Proficiency in TIG/Electric welding and cutting torch operation.
* Expertise in grinding, lathe, and milling machines is a significant advantage.
* Ability to analyze mechanical issues and interpret complex technical drawings.
