Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or equivalent degree; a major in Graphics is highly preferred.
* Availability: Must be willing and able to work in a rotating shift system.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities paired with a consistently positive attitude.
* Professionalism: Proven track record of discipline, honesty, diligence, accuracy, and accountability.
* Team Dynamics: Capable of working effectively both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.
* Eligibility: Must not be currently bound by any existing employment contracts with other organizations.
* Location: The position is based in Cikarang.
