## Human Resources Development Staff Role Overview
As an HRD Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and maintaining our high operational standards. This position offers a comprehensive view of human resources management, blending recruitment, employee relations, and administrative compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition: Source and screen candidates meticulously to ensure they match our strict qualification standards.
* Job Advertising: Craft and publish compelling job advertisements across various recruitment channels.
* Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and administer psychological tests to evaluate candidate suitability.
* Psychological Reporting: Score psychological assessments and draft comprehensive psychograms to support hiring decisions.
* Onboarding & Orientation: Deliver engaging orientation programs to seamlessly integrate new hires into the company culture.
* Training Management: Coordinate monthly HRD-GA training sessions and develop detailed evaluation reports.
* Document Control: Oversee and manage ISO documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and administrative forms, for the HRD-GA department.
* Employee Relations: Handle employment contracts and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
## Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates with exceptional potential or experienced professionals with up to two years of background in recruitment are welcome to apply.
* Technical Expertise:
* Proficiency in Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques.
* Deep understanding of psychological testing tools and accurate scoring methods.
