1. Production Operator
The Production Operator is responsible for executing precision manufacturing tasks while maintaining the highest quality standards.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with prior experience in cutting tool operations are highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating CNC Walter Grinding machines, reading technical engineering drawings, and utilizing precision measuring instruments.
* Operational Requirements: Strong adherence to established SOPs, responsibility for routine machine maintenance, and the ability to work in a shift-based system.
* Reporting: Must be capable of providing clear and accurate field status reports to supervisors.
2. Sales Engineer
Our Sales Engineers act as the bridge between our technical solutions and our clients' success, driving business growth through relationship management.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role; experience in the cutting tools industry is a distinct advantage.
* Core Responsibilities: Nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new business prospects, and developing strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Performance Tracking: Responsible for evaluating sales outcomes and providing comprehensive reports to management regarding market conditions.
3. Application Engineer
The Application Engineer provides critical technical support, ensuring our tools are optimized for specific customer machining processes.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Expertise: Solid understanding of cutting tool products and their specific applications in industrial machining processes.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in reading technical drawings and measuring instruments, combined with expertise in CAD/CAM software applications.
* Operational Requirements: Must strictly adhere to established safety and quality standards, maintain machine health, and provide detailed technical reports to leadership.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work within a shift-based schedule and be based at our Cikarang location.
