## Job Overview: HRD Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee essential human resources functions at our site location. This role is perfect for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
* Administer payroll processing with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain routine HR documentation and personnel records.
* Support site-specific administrative requirements to ensure efficient daily operations.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar HR role.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
* Operational Skills: Demonstrated capability in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and payroll administration.
* Personal Attributes: Ability to manage high-volume, routine workloads while maintaining high performance.
* Availability: Must be ready to join the company as soon as possible.
