Key Responsibilities

* Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB/TBS) farmers and suppliers via scheduled field visits.
* Execute rigorous quality inspections and grading procedures for incoming FFB according to established corporate standards.
* Prepare administrative documentation required for purchasing contracts.
* Cross-verify FFB reception data against the Daily Production Report (LHP) issued by each mill.
* Formulate weekly pricing structure documents for FFB procurement.
* Oversee administrative workflows and documentation related to vendor payment processing.
* Generate precise, timely reports concerning fruit purchasing disbursements.
* Maintain a systematic physical and digital archive of all procurement records.
* Monitor competitor pricing dynamics and broader purchasing strategies within the regional market.
