## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As an HSE Officer specializing in Geotechnical Surveys, Geophysical Surveys, and Groundwater Well Drilling, you will play a vital frontline role in safeguarding our workforce and ensuring operational compliance. Your primary objective will be to implement, monitor, and enforce rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment standards across all active project sites.
Key operational duties include:
* Enforcing strict adherence to corporate HSE policies and regulatory compliance standards during field operations.
* Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and hazard identifications before and during drilling and surveying activities.
* Facilitating daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and continuous safety training for field personnel.
* Investigating workplace incidents, identifying root causes, and formulating effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Maintaining accurate safety records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation for internal and external audits.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Possession of a Diploma III (D3) or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any recognized major.
* Experience Level: Open to enthusiastic fresh graduates as well as candidates with a maximum of one year of relevant professional experience.
* Mandatory Certifications: Must hold a valid AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum), K3 Migas, or K3 BNSP certification.
* Location: Must currently reside in or be willing to be domiciled in Bandung.
