## Open Positions and Core Responsibilities
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to fill roles that are instrumental in the successful deployment and maintenance of our solar infrastructure.
1. PV Engineer
The PV Engineer plays a technical role in ensuring our solar projects meet high standards of efficiency and reliability. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting comprehensive site surveys and rigorous site assessments.
* Supporting the Project Manager in the development of project schedules, technical blueprints, and precise cash flow projections.
* Compiling detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) in strict adherence to international engineering standards.
2. Project Execution Specialist
Our Project Execution team ensures that our vision is translated into reality through careful planning and diligent oversight. Responsibilities encompass:
* Procurement & Planning: Partnering with the procurement department for component sourcing and assisting in the preparation of vital project documentation.
* Execution & Quality Control: Providing on-the-ground support to the Project Manager to ensure high-quality construction and compliance.
* Financial Oversight: Monitoring project budgets and cash flow throughout the implementation lifecycle.
* Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Taking the lead in scheduling, executing, and documenting routine maintenance and service activities to maximize system longevity.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who combine academic excellence with practical field experience. To be considered for these roles, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required. Candidates with specific experience in Solar Power Plant projects will be prioritized.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be familiar with industry-standard software tools, including PVSyst, Helioscope, and Homer.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, an adaptive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication: Proficiency in English is essential for collaborative project success.
