* Academic Achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale from a reputable university.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Mandarin is considered a distinct advantage.
* Competencies: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
2. Factory Development Program (FDP)
