## 1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our advanced cooling technologies and our industrial clients. You will combine your technical expertise with sharp commercial acumen to drive business growth and expand our market footprint across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations that clearly explain complex cooling tower systems, products, and services to prospective clients and engineering partners.
* Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively generate high-quality sales leads, nurture client relationships post-contact, secure new purchase orders, renew existing contracts, negotiate favorable pricing, and coordinate smooth deliveries.
* Consultative Selling: Collaborate directly with clients and internal engineers to assess equipment needs, analyze system requirements, and recommend tailored thermal exchange solutions.
* Target Achievement: Set, track, and consistently achieve aggressive sales quotas and revenue goals aligned with company objectives.
* Market Expansion: Acquire new clients by capturing market share from competitors and identifying untapped business opportunities within the industrial sector.
* Strategic Feedback: Identify operational bottlenecks or market trends, and communicate actionable improvement strategies directly to upper management.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any discipline, with a strong preference for candidates holding degrees in Mechanical Engineering or related technical fields.
* Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, ideally within the HVAC, cooling tower, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is strictly required; proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a distinct professional advantage.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, strong interpersonal rapport, and solid computer literacy.
## 2. Project Management Staff
As a Project Management Staff member, you will take ownership of end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring that our complex industrial installations are delivered safely, on schedule, and well within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, establish realistic timelines, and monitor daily progress to guarantee timely milestone completions.
* Financial Oversight: Maintain rigorous project budgets, manage cash flow effectively, and optimize operational expenditures.
* Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate the timely delivery of both local and imported materials, oversee installation schedules, and manage supplier relationships to ensure all components meet strict quality standards.
* Import Operations Management: Handle end-to-end import workflows, including meticulous reviews of shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BL), import declarations (PIB), and Certificates of Origin (COO).
* Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with current import regulations, customs clearance procedures, logistics compliance, HS code analysis, and trade agreements (including PI, Lartas, SKA, and FTA).
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience: Prior experience in HVAC, cooling towers, construction, or industrial equipment is highly preferred; however, exceptional and motivated fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: Professional-level proficiency in English is mandatory, while conversational or business Mandarin is a significant plus.
* Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving aptitude, excellent negotiation skills, effective cross-functional communication, and proficiency in standard project management software and office tools.
