## General Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the highest standards of safety and operational readiness, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: 23 – 25 years old.
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma or equivalent.
* Licensing: Must possess a valid SIM A, B1, or B2 driving license.
* Documentation: Must provide a current and valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Commitment: Willingness to undergo a 2-year service bond.
* Training Readiness: Availability to participate in an intensive 2–3 month training program.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for deployment to any PT Sarana Sukses Sejahtera project site.
* Health: Must be medically cleared for active site duty based on a Medical Check-Up (MCU).
