We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team at the Head Office in South Jakarta as a Logistic Administrator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of our logistics operations and maintaining high standards of supply chain efficiency.
## Key Responsibilities
The Logistic Administrator will serve as the backbone of our logistical record-keeping and inter-departmental coordination. Your core duties will include:
* Financial Documentation: Reviewing and auditing invoices submitted by shipping and container vendors.
* Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate logistics databases on a consistent basis.
* Operational Tracking: Performing precise data entry regarding container and vessel delivery realizations.
* Payment Coordination: Preparing payment approval requests for the Head of Trading and working closely with the Finance team to process vendor payments.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the corporate office and unit teams to ensure smooth communication regarding container and vessel operations.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to operational excellence. Preferred qualifications include:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline. We welcome applications from high-potential fresh graduates.
* Experience: Prior experience in an administrative capacity is highly regarded.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, specifically regarding formulas and data management.
* Flexibility: A willingness to undertake business travel as required by the business.
* Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who are immediately available to join the team.
* Location: The role is based at our Head Office in South Jakarta.
