1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will optimize storage and operational workflows to ensure seamless daily warehouse activities.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare daily inbound and outbound operational plans based on current business demands.
* Manage warehouse capacity, storage allocations, workforce deployment, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) distribution.
* Monitor the seamless execution of inventory movements, stock availability, and discrepancy resolutions.
* Generate daily performance reports and propose proactive corrective actions for operational bottlenecks.
* Collaborate closely with transport, client services, and maintenance teams to streamline processes.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate in any major.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in a planning role, specifically as a Warehouse Planner.
* Solid foundational understanding of core warehousing and logistics functions.
* Possess a continuous improvement mindset and a vision for business growth.
2. Transport Planner
This role focuses on orchestrating seamless distribution schedules, managing transport documentation, and overseeing yard management protocols.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and validate delivery waybills and loading notes utilizing structured route planning.
* Coordinate with transporters and internal security for smooth loading and unloading procedures.
* Monitor real-time shipments through the Transport Management System (TMS) and track Proof of Delivery (POD).
* Enforce uncompromising safety standards during yard management and update the TMS status accurately.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate from any discipline.
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Transport Planner within the logistics or transportation sector.
* Passive English proficiency.
* Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), meticulous documentation skills, and strong reporting capabilities.
3. Administration Staff
The Administration Staff ensures data accuracy across sales orders, inventory tracking, and master data management.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Convert sales purchase orders into delivery orders and handle billing processes.
* Process sales returns, equipment dispatch, and equipment retrieval documentation.
* Execute equipment stock counts and input new customer profiles into master data systems.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma (D3/S1) holder in any major.
* At least 1 year of administrative experience within a warehousing or logistics environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) combined with strong communication skills.
4. Equipment Operator
Responsible for executing safe and accurate physical warehouse movements while adhering strictly to Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) guidelines.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute precise put-away, picking, transferring, and replenishing tasks according to batch and expiration guidelines.
* Participate in stock-taking and Physical Inventory (PI) counts.
* Operate, inspect, and maintain Material Handling Equipment safely, including battery management.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
* At least 2 years of proven experience as an Equipment Operator.
* Mandatory: Must hold a valid Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) registered with TemanK3.
* High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and willingness to work in shifts.
5. Picker Checker
The Picker Checker ensures that all incoming and outgoing goods are meticulously inspected, sorted, and prepared for dispatch.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Unload incoming shipments and verify physical goods against accompanying documents.
* Perform precise item picking using RF Scanners and transport goods to loading bays.
* Operate MHE safely and conduct pre-operational equipment safety checklists.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
* At least 1 year of warehouse experience is strongly preferred.
* Proficiency in operating Pallet Movers and holding a valid Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) is an added advantage.
