* Management & Leadership: Branch Manager, Head Admin, Warehouse Manager (Kepala Gudang), and Sales Supervisor.
* Operational & Support: Salesman, Admin Staff, Warehouse Staff, Driver, and Helper.
## Essential Candidate Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of service and distribution efficiency, applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) is required for managerial and administrative lead roles (1, 2, and 3). High school graduates (SMA/SMK) are encouraged to apply for positions 4 through 9.
* Professional Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within an FMCG distribution environment is considered a distinct competitive advantage.
* Licensing and Logistics:
* Possession of a valid SIM C and personal vehicle is mandatory for Sales Supervisor and Salesman roles.
* A valid SIM B1 is required for Driver positions.
* A valid SIM A is required for the Branch Manager position.
* Soft Skills: Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
