Established in 1994, PT. Rea Kaltim Plantations (REAK) stands as a prominent Foreign Investment (PMA) company specializing in sustainable palm oil cultivation. Headquartered in the Kembang Janggut District of Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan, our organization manages an expansive plantation footprint covering approximately 32,000 hectares. To support our production demands, we currently operate three high-capacity palm oil mills, including two facilities capable of processing 80 tons of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) per hour and one facility with a 40-ton/hour capacity.
As we look toward the future, REAK is entering an ambitious phase of growth. We are currently executing a strategic expansion into the Kutai Timur and Kutai Barat regions. This initiative is set to significantly increase our total planted area over the next two to four years, necessitating the construction of additional processing mills. Engineering and Technical Roles
* Senior Planner: Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3/S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
* Assistant Power Plant: Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3/S1) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Sr. Mechanic / Mechanic: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Heavy Equipment Mechanical Engineering (Senior level) or Vocational High School (STM/SMK) in Heavy Equipment (Junior level).
* Hydraulic Specialist: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
