1. PPIC Assistant Manager
We are looking for a strategic leader to oversee our production planning and inventory control operations. This role is pivotal in synchronizing our supply chain with manufacturing demands.
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management concepts.
* Operational Skills: In-depth knowledge of forecasting systems, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), and production scheduling.
* Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to manage cross-departmental teams (Production, Warehouse, Purchasing) with a focus on data-driven problem-solving.
* Compliance: Familiarity with ISO 45001 and standard operating procedures (SOP).
2. Purchasing Supervisor
This role requires a commercially minded professional capable of optimizing procurement processes and managing supplier relationships effectively.
* Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in any major with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory procurement role.
* System Knowledge: High proficiency in ERP systems (specifically Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Industry Standards: Familiarity with API Spec Q1, 5CT, 5L, 5B, and ISO management systems.
* Key Responsibilities: Verifying Purchase Requests (PR), implementing cost-reduction strategies, and conducting supplier performance evaluations.
* Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
3. Warehouse Supervisor
We seek an organized leader to manage our logistics and inventory integrity.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warehouse management within the manufacturing sector.
* Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of inventory management concepts including ERP, MRP I, and MRP II.
* Certification Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and API specifications (5CT, 5L, 5B).
* Attributes: High integrity, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to logistics management.
## Technical and Operational Specialists
4. Technical Staff
Ideal for engineering professionals who excel at translating technical designs into operational reality.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
* Language: Fluency in Mandarin (reading and writing) is essential.

5. Electrical Technician

8. HSE Staff
* Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, or Environmental Engineering.
* Certifications: Must be a certified AK3U (General Occupational Health and Safety Expert).
* Expertise: Hands-on experience with HIRADC, JSA implementation, and safe operational standards for lifting, rigging, and hot work.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a dedicated HSE role.
9. QC Staff
* Standards: Comprehensive understanding of API Spec Q1, 5CT, 5L, and 5B.
* Language: Fluent in Mandarin (both written and oral).

10. Mandarin Translator

* Requirements: Fluency in Mandarin (reading and writing) and 1 year of experience as a translator or technician.

11. Marketing Staff
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a marketing role, specifically within the industrial sector.
* Knowledge: Understanding of CIVD (Centralized Integrated Vendor Database) and inventory management concepts.
