## Recruitment Officer: Role and Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Officer at Pusaka Bumi Transportasi, you will be the bridge between our organizational goals and the talent that makes them possible. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Strategic Planning: Analyzing project requirements to develop technical sourcing plans that align with project timelines and company needs.
* End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full lifecycle of hiring, from initial candidate sourcing and selection to final administrative onboarding.
* Onboarding Integration: Conducting comprehensive induction programs for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into our corporate culture.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders to streamline hiring processes and meet departmental demands.
* Administrative Management: Maintaining accurate records for new employees and ensuring the meticulous filing and verification of all recruitment-related documentation.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be a proactive professional with a passion for talent acquisition. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources is required.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a recruitment specialist or supervisor; candidates with prior experience in the mining industry will be given priority.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced competence in HR software, recruitment tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
4. Leadership Skills: A demonstrated track record of managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
