## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure operational excellence, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Age Limit: Candidates must be a maximum of 28 years old.
2. Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent is required.
3. Professional Experience: Proven track record or previous experience working as an Assembly or Production Operator is preferred.
4. Mobility Requirements: Candidates must possess a personal motorcycle and a valid, active SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
5. Residency: Applicants should ideally reside in Karawang or the surrounding regions.
6. Placement: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at the Karawang plant facility.
