## Current Opening: Production Specialist Operator
We are seeking a highly motivated Production Specialist Operator to join our manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our premium chocolate products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
* Machine Operation: Efficiently operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Quality & Output: Ensure all daily production targets are met while maintaining superior product quality.
* Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure the workspace remains sanitized and organized.
* Reporting: Document daily production output, track raw material consumption, and report any technical challenges to the production management team.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Mechanical Engineering with at least two years of proven experience as a production operator.
* Diploma (D3) graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols is essential.
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be based at our production facility in Bandung.
