## About the Role: Electrical Technician
As an Electrical Technician at PTC, you will play a vital operational role within refinery environments. Your core mission is to guarantee the seamless performance, safety, and reliability of all electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute comprehensive commissioning, start-up procedures, routine inspections, precise troubleshooting, and regular maintenance for electrical equipment and systems across the refinery area.
* Monitor and assess the operational condition and functionality of vital electrical components, including electric motors, electrical panels, Motor Control Centers (MCC), switchgear, transformers, cabling systems, lighting installations, grounding networks, and associated electrical apparatus.
* Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks strictly adhering to assigned work orders, maintenance schedules, and documented operational instructions.
* Conduct rapid, accurate, and secure electrical troubleshooting to minimize operational downtime.
* Carry out thorough physical inspections, identify any operational abnormalities, and formulate professional recommendations for corrective action to Supervisors and Engineers.
* Interpret and analyze Single Line Diagrams (SLD), intricate wiring diagrams, comprehensive electrical blueprints, and related technical documentation.
* Strictly enforce safety compliance by executing all tasks in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Permit to Work protocols, Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA), and strict Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) regulations.
* Maintain meticulous digital and physical logs, documenting work execution results, emerging anomalies, troubleshooting steps, and the live status of all equipment.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Nationality: Indonesian Citizen (Warga Negara Indonesia / WNI).
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or vocational school graduate (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience in electrical equipment maintenance.

* Proficient in coupling and uncoupling procedures for electric motor couplings and gearboxes.
* Expert knowledge in operating specialized electrical measuring and testing instruments.
