## Available Positions
1. Operations Administrator
The Operations Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining the logistical flow and documentation integrity of our fleet.
* Manage, organize, and archive all vessel-related documentation and formal reports.
* Monitor daily vessel performance reports to track operational efficiency.
* Compile and reconcile comprehensive daily ship performance summaries.
* Track and coordinate procurement requirements for onboard operations.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless vessel operations.
* Male candidate, holding a degree in Naval Architecture or Maritime Studies.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in the maritime sector; experience in the Oil & Gas shipping industry is highly preferred.
* Strong technical understanding of vessel machinery, electrical systems, and structural components.
* Working knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS).
* Exceptional teamwork, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2. HSE & Operations Specialist
We are looking for a highly experienced professional to uphold our safety culture and operational standards.
* Male candidate, preferably with a background in Naval Architecture or Maritime Studies.
* Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in an HSE role, preferably within the Oil & Gas maritime sector.
* Must hold the following certifications:
* General K3 Expert (Ahli K3 Umum).
* Internal Auditor for ISM Code, DPA, and ISPS Code (Company Security Officer).
* Training certifications in ISO 31000 (Risk Management), as well as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
* First Aider Certification and CSMS training.
* Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
* Advanced capability in Microsoft Office and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
