* Education: Hold a Diploma (D4) or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an SHE-related role.
* Certifications: Must possess a valid AK3 Umum certification.
* Training: Proven completion of SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) awareness training.
* Technical Proficiency: Priority will be given to candidates who have direct experience in setting up and implementing SMK3 protocols within a manufacturing environment.
* Personal Attributes: Must be highly responsible, professional, and possess a strong sense of loyalty to organizational goals.
