1. Area Business Manager
You will spearhead sales and business profitability within your assigned territory.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing turnover versus targets, achieving store distribution reach, executing promotional programs, conducting business reviews with distributors, and managing team coaching.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any major; minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Head or Area Manager in Paint, Building Materials, or FMCG sectors. Proficiency in SAGE and strong analytical/negotiation skills are essential.
2. Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor
Focus on driving sales at the store level and supporting product visibility.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing Stockist (Pareto) stores, overseeing merchandising, supporting and training Product Consultants (PC), conducting market intelligence, and managing local store promotions.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any major; 2 years of experience in similar supervisory roles within related industries. Strong computer literacy for reporting and excellent problem-solving abilities are required.
3. Color Matcher
Bring precision and artistry to our automotive line.
* Key Responsibilities: Achieving >90% color accuracy, developing new automotive shades, maintaining documentation, handling client complaints, and providing technical support for painting processes.
* Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of experience in automotive color matching. A strong technical background and excellent communication skills are prioritized.
4. Head of Specific Business Development
Oversee the strategic growth of new business concepts.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing departmental operations, coordinating cross-departmental projects, executing business plans proposed by the Board of Directors, and optimizing marketing budgets.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years of leadership experience in Business Development, E-commerce, or FMCG distribution. Must be based in Batu Ceper, Tangerang.
5. IT Technical Support
Ensure the robust performance of our digital infrastructure.
* Key Responsibilities: Installing and maintaining hardware/software, monitoring network performance, implementing cybersecurity updates, and managing IT assets.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields; 1+ year of experience. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 cloud technologies is required.
6. Project Specifier
Build bridges between our products and architectural visions.
* Key Responsibilities: Engaging with architects, developers, and consultants to influence product specification in new construction projects.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5 years of experience as a Project Specifier in building materials. Must possess polished presentation and negotiation skills.
7. Supervisor QC
Maintain the gold standard of product quality.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing Quality Control activities, ensuring material adherence to specifications, conducting lab/R&D adjustments, and reporting on quality investigations.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Chemical Engineering or Pure Chemistry; 3+ years of experience in QC, preferably in the paint industry. Based in our Head Office, Batu Ceper.
8. Tinting Technician
Support the technology behind our color customization services.
* Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and servicing of tinting machines, updating price lists/formulas, training store operators, and performing machine installations.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering; 2 years of experience in tinting technology.
