## Core Responsibilities of the Accountant
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Financial Documentation & Reporting: Ensuring all corporate transactions are recorded with precision and timeliness. This involves managing general ledgers, journals, and the preparation of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow reports.
* Fiscal Compliance & Taxation: Managing the calculation, filing, and reporting of corporate taxes (VAT, Income Tax, etc.) while ensuring full compliance with current regulatory requirements.
* Analysis & Budgetary Oversight: Providing strategic financial insights to management, assisting in the development of annual budgets, and monitoring real-time performance against budgetary targets.
* Reconciliation & Verification: Conducting regular bank reconciliations and verifying the authenticity of financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and billing statements.
* Audit Preparation: Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external audits by organizing necessary data, preparing required documentation, and implementing process improvements based on audit findings.
* Document Management: Maintaining an organized, secure, and easily accessible archive of all financial records.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating effectively with the Purchasing, HR, and Finance departments to ensure seamless transaction workflows across the company.
## Candidate Qualifications
