* Backend Developer (Node.js): Must have 3+ years of experience with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS, plus proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and microservices architecture.
* Frontend Developer (React): Requires 3+ years of React.js expertise, mastery of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.

* Digital Marketing Specialist: Minimum 2 years of experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and content strategy.
* Business Development Manager: S1 degree with 4+ years of experience and a proven history of high-level B2B sales and successful negotiations.
* IT Recruitment Specialist: S1 in Informatics or related fields; 2+ years of experience recruiting technical talent with an understanding of modern software stacks.
* Senior HR Consultant: S1 in Psychology or HR Management with 3+ years of experience. HR certifications (CHRP/SHRM) are highly preferred.
