## Role Overview: Legal Assistant (Pro Hire)
The Legal Assistant position is a strategic role designed to safeguard the company’s interests and ensure seamless regulatory compliance. You will serve as a guardian of our corporate legal framework, ensuring that all operations align with the highest standards of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
Key Responsibilities
* Corporate Legal Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements while providing high-level legal opinions.
* Corporate Action Support: Provide expert guidance during mergers, acquisitions, divestments, asset cooperation (KSO), and share transfers.
* Regulatory Harmonization: Oversee the development and alignment of internal regulations with broader state-owned enterprise (BUMN) mandates.
* Compliance and Integrity: Champion the implementation of ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management Systems), manage conflict-of-interest declarations, and facilitate LHKPN reporting.
* Risk Mitigation: Monitor legal risks and ensure that every business decision is fortified by a sound legal foundation.
## Candidate Qualifications

General Requirements
* Nationality: Must be a citizen of Indonesia (WNI).
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) for graduates from state universities (PTN) or 3.25 (out of 4.00) for graduates from private or international universities.
* Integrity Standards: A clean record regarding bribery, fraud, or any form of corruption, evidenced by a formal integrity statement.
Specialized Skills and Experience
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1). A Master’s degree in Law or Notarial Studies is considered a significant advantage.
* Professional Experience: At least three years of direct experience in corporate law and compliance. Only candidates with relevant backgrounds in contract management, legal opinions, and GCG frameworks will be considered.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of BUMN regulations, contract law, and corporate governance structures.
* Technical Certifications: Possession of a PKPA/Advocate ID, certifications in legal drafting, ISO 37001, or Certified Integrity Building Expert (API) are highly valued assets.
