## Job Description: HRGA Manager
The incoming HRGA Manager will shoulder multifaceted responsibilities, balancing strategic human capital development with meticulous general affairs oversight. Your daily impact will span several critical pillars of organizational management:
* Staff Management & Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent retention initiatives to secure top-tier professionals.
* Global Performance Management: Implement and refine frameworks that measure employee productivity, align individual goals with corporate objectives, and foster continuous professional development.
* HR & GA Administration: Streamline daily operational workflows encompassing both human resources and general affairs functions.
* Compensation, Benefits, and PPH21: Manage competitive remuneration packages, employee benefits administration, and accurate local tax compliance.
* Policies and Legal Compliance: Draft, update, and enforce robust company policies while ensuring full adherence to Indonesian labor laws and legal regulations.

## Candidate Requirements
