As a Production Operator at PT. KEWPIE Indonesia, you will play a vital frontline role in our manufacturing processes. You will operate machinery, monitor product quality, and ensure that every item meets our stringent safety and halal standards. Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently to meet daily manufacturing targets.
* Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company safety guidelines at all times.
* Inspect finished goods and raw materials to maintain our high standards of quality control.
* Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the production floor.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the Production Operator role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational requirements:
* Education: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK equivalent).
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of general working experience. Prior background in a food manufacturing environment is a significant advantage.
* Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Core Competencies: Strong critical thinking, logical reasoning, and effective time-management skills.
