1. Purchasing Specialist
We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to manage our end-to-end supply chain requirements.
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Proven experience in Import/Export procedures, shipping lines, freight forwarding, and EMKL.
* Skills: Strong analytical capabilities using Microsoft Excel; professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
2. HR Personnel Staff
Manage critical human resources functions in a large-scale manufacturing environment (1,000+ employees).
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR or Payroll roles within large organizations.
* Core Responsibilities: Oversee attendance reporting, manage employee data (promotions, demotions, transfers), and handle shift scheduling and overtime records.
* Technical Skills: Expert in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
3. Automation Technician
Help us maintain our technological edge by ensuring the efficiency of our automated production systems.
* Education: D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
