## The Management Trainee Factory Position
We are currently looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our factory operations. This role is designed to develop future leaders who are ready to take on the challenges of a fast-growing, innovative manufacturing company. You will work closely with leadership to bridge the gap between strategic vision and daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing critical business functions and ensuring operational excellence. Your core duties include:

## Required Qualifications

1. Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, though candidates with an Engineering background are highly preferred.
2. Commitment: Willingness to enter into a 4-year service bond for the Management Trainee program.
3. Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
4. Technical Literacy: Proficient in creating and interpreting flowcharts to map out business processes.
5. Software Skills: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel/Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint).
6. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern IT infrastructure and digital technology trends.
7. Adaptive Mindset: Capable of learning quickly and performing effectively under tight deadlines.
8. Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our branches throughout Indonesia.
