## Open Position: Junior Operator
PT Jawa Satu Power, a key member of the Pertamina Power Group, is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join their dynamic technical team as a Junior Operator (JO). This role is critical to the daily success of the power station, ensuring that systems and equipment perform safely and reliably under the guidance of the Shift Leader and Unit Controller.
Core Responsibilities
The Junior Operator will be entrusted with several key operational duties, including:
* Maintaining the safe and efficient operation of Combined Cycle Power (CCP) station systems.
* Adhering strictly to prescribed operational guidelines and safety protocols.
* Collaborating with the Unit Controller and Shift Leader to ensure seamless plant performance.
* Monitoring plant equipment to prevent failures and ensure continuous power generation.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possession of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a professional industrial environment.
* Technical Knowledge: Preferred familiarity with CCP operations, water chemistry, and the ability to interpret non-complex mechanical and electrical drawings.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to read logic diagrams and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), coupled with sharp critical thinking and attention to detail.
* Communication: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for professional collaboration.
* Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work within a rotating shift schedule to support 24/7 plant operations.
