1. Production Administrator
The Production Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily manufacturing operations by managing accurate data input and inventory oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input daily manufacturing reports systematically into the company database.
* Conduct regular and accurate stock opname procedures.
* Collaborate closely with direct supervisors and cross-functional departments to streamline workflows.
Candidate Requirements:
* Open to male and female applicants.
* Minimum educational background of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* At least 1 year of proven working experience in an administrative role.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and assertive communication skills.
* Familiarity with SAP software systems is strongly preferred.
2. Maintenance / Shift Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for upholding the operational integrity of all factory machinery, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Engineering Foreman in daily technical tasks and preventative maintenance schedules.
* Perform professional welding operations using GTAW and/or SMAW techniques.
* Troubleshoot, repair, and routinely maintain production machinery, utility systems, and building infrastructure.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) with at least 3 years of experience, OR a Diploma (D3) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
* Educational background in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Certified or proficient in GTAW and SMAW welding methods.
* Strong comprehensive knowledge of electrical circuitry.
* Skilled in operating workshop machine tools.
