## Site-Based Opportunities (Kutai Timur & Bengalon)
We are looking for experienced professionals to drive efficiency and safety at our remote mining sites.
1. Head of Blending Operations
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with 7+ years of experience in coal blending and stockpile management. Proficiency in blending formulas, heavy equipment fleet management, and coal quality parameters is essential.
* Core Tasks: Oversee blending operations to meet strict quality specifications (CV, Ash, Sulfur, TM) and optimize material handling.
2. Head of HSEC
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in K3, Environmental, or Public Health with 8+ years of experience. Mandatory POP/AK3 Umum certification; POU preferred. Must have a strong background in ISO standards and regulatory compliance (Kepmen ESDM 1827/2018).
* Core Tasks: Lead zero-harm safety initiatives, manage environmental compliance (AMDAL/RKL-RPL), and direct CSR programs.
3. Head of HRGA
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Management with 8+ years in HR, particularly in the mining or heavy industry. Expertise in Indonesian labor laws (UU 13/2003, PP 35/2021) and industrial relations is required.
* Core Tasks: Manage site-level HR operations, including manpower planning, compensation, performance management, and general affairs.
4. Head of Port Operations
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years in coal port/jetty operations. Must be familiar with shiploaders, conveyors, and marine regulations (ISPS Code).
* Core Tasks: Supervise coal loading/unloading, jetty maintenance, and barge coordination to ensure throughput targets.
5. Head of Medical & Occupational Health
* Requirements: Licensed MD with active STR and Hiperkes certification. At least 5 years of experience as a company doctor in remote mining or oil & gas settings.
* Core Tasks: Provide emergency medical services, manage clinic operations, and conduct health risk assessments for high-risk roles.
6. ICT Engineer
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science. Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration, Windows Server, and remote site infrastructure management.
* Core Tasks: Maintain IT system reliability, hardware/software support, and network security.
7. Staff HRGA
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration with 2+ years of experience. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office are required.
* Core Tasks: Assist in payroll, HRIS data management, BPJS administration, and general site support.
8. Finance Accounting Officer (Bengalon)
* Requirements: 3 years of experience in finance/accounting. Must be proficient in journal entries and general accounting tasks.
* Core Tasks: Manage petty cash, verify vendor documents, and coordinate banking transactions.
## Head Office Opportunities (Jakarta)
For our Jakarta headquarters, we are seeking specialists to enhance our business processes and SAP integration.
* BPAI SAP PP QM Consultant: Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in SAP-PP/QM configuration and support. Must be familiar with coal mining business processes and willing to travel to sites.
* BPAI SAP SD Consultant: Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SAP-SD implementation and business process optimization.
* BPAI Project Officer: Degree in a relevant field with experience in management system implementation (ISO, SMKP). Focuses on documentation, SOP improvements, and stakeholder socialization.
