1. Production Assistant
Support the seamless execution of content creation from the initial planning stages to final post-production.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience in a production house or television station.
2. AI Prompter
Leverage cutting-edge technology to transform drama scripts into visual reality.
* Requirements: Expertise in visual breakdowns, AI image generation with consistent character/set design, AI video synthesis with proper camera work, and offline editing skills to sequence AI-generated content.
## Sales and Business Development
3. Sales Manager
Lead our commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
* Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience (at least 2 years in a managerial role) within licensing or media. Must possess strong negotiation skills and experience with commercial contracts.
4. Sales Specialist

* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in sales/marketing, excellent English proficiency, and strong analytical skills.
5. Account Executive

* Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in digital/media sales. Must be proficient in managing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads, with strong pitching and negotiation abilities.

* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or Informatics with 2–3 years of professional experience. Role based in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
7. Paid Ads Specialist
Optimize digital advertising performance to drive business growth and audience engagement.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications. Must have 2+ years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics. Role based in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
## Finance and Administrative Excellence
8. Accounting Senior Officer (Consolidation)
Ensure financial integrity through accurate reporting and systematic consolidation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 2–4 years of experience. Must have deep knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, financial consolidation, and intercompany reconciliations.
9. Road Manager
Oversee artist logistics and ensure all professional engagements run without interruption.
* Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or event organization. Must be highly organized, capable of working under pressure, and skilled in itinerary and logistics planning.
