1. Management Trainee (Production)
The Management Trainee program is a structured development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of company leaders through comprehensive training and accelerated professional exposure.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Preference given to candidates residing in West Kalimantan who are willing to be stationed in Tayan.
2. Quality Control Supervisor
This role requires a meticulous professional capable of maintaining high-quality standards in alignment with international protocols.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Quality Control.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP applications.
* Comprehensive knowledge of data processing, laboratory instrumentation maintenance, and analytical principles.
* Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management systems.
* Fluent in English and capable of effective professional communication.
* Willingness to relocate to the company site in Tayan, Sanggau.
3. Instrument & Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a technical expert to oversee the integrity and performance of our electrical systems and infrastructure.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* At least 3 years of experience in electrical design, installation, and maintenance.
* Proven capability in electrical testing and commissioning.
* Proficiency in ETAP software and drafting electrical installation budgets.
* Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase motor starters (DOL, INV, Star-Delta, Soft-starter) and electric power feeders (LV, MV).
* Strong knowledge of relay protection coordination, workplace health and safety (K3) standards, and general electrical maintenance.
* Professional command of English and the ability to work in Tayan, West Kalimantan.
