Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Possess at least 5 years of proven experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager capacity, specifically within Water Treatment Plant projects.
* Communication Skills: Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret complex engineering and technical drawings.
* Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and lead project execution.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including:
1. Strategic Execution: Managing projects from initial inception through to final delivery.
