1. Mechanical Officer
* Responsibilities: Plan and execute industrial machine maintenance schedules, including preventative measures; manage maintenance teams and repair activities; generate detailed maintenance reports.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (min. GPA 3.00); proficient in 3D technical drawing (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Excel; strong communication skills.
2. Instrument Officer
* Responsibilities: Design control systems (hardware and software); oversee calibration, spare part management, and instrumentation modifications; perform troubleshooting and system analysis.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Industrial Electronics (min. GPA 3.00); experience with PLC, SCADA, SQL, IT networks, and IoT; critical thinking skills.
3. R&D Officer
* Responsibilities: Manage natural enemy production laboratories; lead research on pest control, including field testing and risk analysis; ensure ISO 9001-2015 compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Plant Protection, or Agronomy (min. GPA 3.00); at least 1 year of experience in an entomology or biology lab; expertise in morphological or molecular pest identification.
4. Accounting Officer
* Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end closings, and financial reporting; ensure adherence to accounting regulations; analyze financial performance and variances.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (min. GPA 3.00); at least 5 years of experience; proficient in ERP systems and taxation; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. IT Security Officer
* Responsibilities: Develop security policies and risk assessments; implement robust defense systems; detect and respond to security threats; conduct regular system updates.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Systems (min. GPA 3.00); at least 1 year of experience in IT Security; deep understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security tools.
6. Mechanic
* Responsibilities: Assist in industrial machine maintenance planning; carry out preventative maintenance tasks; support the repair team.
* Requirements: D3/D4 degree in Mechanical Engineering (min. GPA 2.75); proficient in 3D technical drawing (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Excel; strong communication skills.
7. Field Conductor
* Responsibilities: Execute sugarcane cultivation operations; ensure all plantation activities align with established company standards.
* Requirements: D3/D4 degree in Agricultural Sciences (min. GPA 2.75); comprehensive understanding of sugarcane cultivation cycles; high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
8. General Affair Clerk
* Responsibilities: Manage company land data reports; prepare budget plans (RAB) for Corporate Social Responsibility programs; facilitate external company relations.
* Requirements: D3/D4 in Surveying, Mapping, or Civil Engineering (min. GPA 2.75); skilled in GPS operations, digital mapping, budget preparation, and graphic design.
